WHAT YOU WILL DO:
As a member of our team in Keachi, LA, you will lead a cross-functional team focused on developing Data Science-powered products and features.
Your main areas of focus will be personalization, such as likelihood to convert and next best channel, as well as time series analyses, including anomaly detection and root cause analyses.
- Plan and facilitate agile meetings, and adapt the development process as needed in collaboration with the team
- Manage, grow, and develop a team of developers and data scientists by setting goals and objectives
- Oversee and shape our current microservice architecture by assessing the impact of new features
- Ensure quality throughout the entire software development cycle
- Contribute to the code base and conduct code reviews
- Represent the team and foster collaboration with other teams
- Prioritize work items in collaboration with product management
THE ASSETS YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:
- Strong knowledge of backend service development and databases
- A resultsdriven team player with a structured work style, a healthy dose of pragmatism, and critical thinking skills when analyzing data
- A fast and selfmotivated learner who is not afraid to dive into new topics
- Knowledge of ansible, react, typescript, sprint boot, and flask is beneficial
