Description
To build up our group-wide Legal & Compliance department at our locations Berlin or Hamburg, we are looking for a full-time:
Senior Legal Counsel with a focus on data protection and civil law (m/f/d)
Your new role
- You proactively advise all departments within the group on legal matters, with a focus on data protection.
- You review and adapt data protection policies and procedures, handle service and work contracts, brokerage contracts, temporary employment contracts, general terms and conditions, as well as other binding agreements, and advise our departments in contract negotiations with business partners.
- You play a key role in handling the day-to-day tasks of the legal department and in internal process optimization.
- You take responsibility for the continuous development of internal standards and guidelines, as well as the further development of group-wide compliance measures.
- You design and conduct internal trainings.
Your experience & personality
- You have completed your studies in law and your legal clerkship with above-average success.
- You have at least three years of professional experience in a legal department or law firm, preferably with a focus on civil/commercial law and data protection.
- You are an all-rounder or generalist with the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new legal
