Your tasks


In this role, you will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary coordination of a shift team and ensure smooth production processes in your area.

Tasks

  • Leading, guiding and developing employees in a 4-shift model - including conducting employee meetings and moderating group sessions
  • Staff planning, including vacation planning
  • Ensuring efficient use of machinery and materials
  • Coordinating order changes and modifications with other departments
  • Identifying causes of errors and initiating maintenance measures
  • Performing and monitoring material inventory
  • Completing production-related documentation
  • Ensuring compliance with occupational safety regulations
  • Coordinating and taking on special tasks

Your qualifications

  • Completed technical education or equivalent qualification
  • Knowledge of mass production, preferably in the medical/GMP environment
  • Leadership experience and experience working with employees from different cultural backgrounds
  • Teamwork, empathy, and sense of responsibility
  • Solution-oriented, goal-oriented work style, strong communication skills, and assertiveness
  • Good IT skills and very good knowledge of German (knowledge of English or other languages is an advantage)
