Your tasks
In this role, you will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary coordination of a shift team and ensure smooth production processes in your area.
Tasks
- Leading, guiding and developing employees in a 4-shift model - including conducting employee meetings and moderating group sessions
- Staff planning, including vacation planning
- Ensuring efficient use of machinery and materials
- Coordinating order changes and modifications with other departments
- Identifying causes of errors and initiating maintenance measures
- Performing and monitoring material inventory
- Completing production-related documentation
- Ensuring compliance with occupational safety regulations
- Coordinating and taking on special tasks
Your qualifications
- Completed technical education or equivalent qualification
- Knowledge of mass production, preferably in the medical/GMP environment
- Leadership experience and experience working with employees from different cultural backgrounds
- Teamwork, empathy, and sense of responsibility
- Solution-oriented, goal-oriented work style, strong communication skills, and assertiveness
- Good IT skills and very good knowledge of German (knowledge of English or other languages is an advantage)
