YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES - CHALLENGING AND DIVERSE * Collaborate with a team of physicians and medical staff to provide high-quality care to patients * Lead and supervise the department, ensuring efficient and effective operations * Participate in the development and implementation of treatment plans * Stay up-to-date with medical advancements and participate in continuous education and training opportunities * Maintain accurate and thorough medical records and documentation * Foster a positive and collaborative work environment * Act as a role model for junior physicians and medical staff
