For a client in the electronics industry, we are looking for a
Production Manager (m/f) for a full-time permanent position (40 hours) near Miesbach.

Your responsibilities:


  • You will lead projects and be responsible for the supervision and coordination of production
  • You will organize and manage a small team of approximately 6 people
  • As a manager, you will be responsible for implementing and monitoring lean principles and methods
  • You will ensure compliance with quality standards

Your qualifications:


  • You have a completed technical education as a master (m/f) or technician (m/f), ideally in the field of electrical or electronic engineering
  • Previous leadership experience is desirable
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Fluent in German, with strong negotiation skills
  • Reliability and leadership responsibility
