  • Clarification of orders with internal customers
  • Creation of time and cost plans
  • Clarification of orders, commissioning, and coordination of external specialist companies
  • Coordination of internal specialist departments
  • Consolidation, review, and filing of necessary documentation according to internal guidelines
  • Preparation of internal reports on the status of work
  • Supervision of all work on site for monitoring
  • Compliance with construction and safety regulations

This is what you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree (e.g. construction management, architecture, building services engineering, engineering, etc.)
  • Proven professional experience in the field of construction management, project coordination/management
  • Expertise in the field of construction technology, technical building equipment, structural and technical fire protection
  • Good Excel skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Negotiation skills in German
  • Good knowledge of English
