Lemgo, a position as a
Financial Controller (m/f/d) is available in the Finance Department, starting as soon as possible.

The position is
permanent.

The responsibilities will include the following aspects:

Participation in economic and liquidity planning
Allocation and monitoring of budgets
Further development of financial controlling and reporting
Establishment and maintenance of financial key figure systems
Preparation of regular reports, such as quarterly reports and university financial statistics
Conducting adhoc evaluations and analyses
Participation in risk management in the financial sector
Maintenance of cost object master data in the ERP system
Consulting and support for the central commission for the use of quality improvement funds

If you meet the following requirements, we look forward to receiving your application:

Completed university degree in business administration or public administration with a focus on accounting/controlling
Comprehensive and diverse expertise in controlling, cost and performance accounting, budgeting, and commercial accounting
Several years of professional experience in financial controlling is desirable
Professional experience in the university sector or in another public administration is advantageous
Proficient in computer skills (MS Office), especially MS Excel, and a high affinity for numbers
Comprehensive knowledge of MACH (or another ERP system) is desirable
Strong analytical skills
