Interim Facility Manager (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities:


  • Employeeoriented leadership and scheduling
  • Ensuring highquality care, support, and services for residents in collaboration with the Director of Nursing
  • Marketing and management
  • Respectful leadership, motivation, and retention of employees
  • Ensuring compliance with nursing and quality standards
  • Representing and advocating for the facility internally and externally

Your qualifications:


  • Preferably a degree in business administration, health economics, or nursing management, as well as a recognized qualification in the health and social care sector
  • Qualification as a facility manager according to the HeimPersV with appropriate recognition
  • Several years of experience as a facility manager
  • Sales and service orientation, strong communication skills, and a professional appearance
  • Strong understanding of business management
  • Proficiency in common computer systems
  • Flexibility for nationwide assignments
