You ensure a smooth process for our customers' dream trips: before, during, and after the trip
You handle individual inquiries about travel by phone and email
You proactively solve any concerns and challenges of our customers together with our colleagues and partners on site
You advise our customers on shortterm changes and are available for questions
You receive feedback from our customers and are actively involved in complaint
