Your responsibilities

  • Implementation of exciting projects in the areas of renovation, energy-efficient renovation, historic preservation, and remodeling
  • Creation of design and execution plans using CAD
  • Willingness to take on construction management tasks
  • Preparation and submission of building applications, building permit authorization desirable

Your profile

  • Professional experience, ideally in the field of renovation
  • Successfully completed degree in architecture
  • Proficient in MS Office and CAD
  • Reliable, meticulous, and structured work style
  • Effective communication skills in conversations and negotiations
  • Enjoyment of coordinating complex processes and teamwork
  • Excellent German language skills
