The Winch Industry GmbH is an innovative company specializing in the development, distribution, and sales of technical products. Our areas of expertise range from OEM, industrial, to private customers. We primarily sell our products online through various platforms, as well as directly through our online shops.

Our product range includes technical products such as winches, lifting equipment, and automotive lighting solutions, as well as lifestyle products such as roof tents and camping accessories.

Our motivated team, located in Gersthofen north of Augsburg, is currently seeking a full-time (40 hours/week) E-commerce specialist to join us as a Kaufmann/Kauffrau.


Responsibilities:

  • Creating and maintaining product listings in our online shop, with a focus on SEO and keyword research
  • Generating import and export files in CSV, XML, and XLSX formats
  • Assisting with bulk processing of product and customer data
  • Supporting the expansion of our sales channels, including online shops and marketplaces
  • Independently developing ideas and concepts to increase visibility and optimize sales
  • Collaborating with the marketing department to write unique category texts and shop pages

Qualifications:

  • Commercial training or equivalent education
  • At least 3 years of experience in Ecommerce/online marketing
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Strong sense of trends and market developments
  • Analytical skills and a structured approach
  • Team player with initiative, reliability, and motivation
