Job Title:
Talent Acquisition Lead

The Talent Acquisition Lead is a strategic talent advisor to Integra's Commercial and Sales Tissue Technologies business unit. Reporting to the Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition, you will manage requisitions of all levels.

Partnering with HR Directors/Business Partners, hiring managers (including senior leaders and Vice Presidents), external research partners and agencies, you will develop and execute talent acquisition strategies for Commercial and Sales clients in North America.

Strategic Talent Acquisition

  • Create talent acquisition plans and strategies that focus on high quality, diversity, and cultural/organizational fit.
  • Evaluate trends in workforce populations and develop strategic workforce plans, where relevant.
  • Stay informed of diversity trends and innovative recruiting techniques.
  • Facilitate meaningful recruiting strategy meetings (job launch / intake sessions).
  • Prepare hiring managers and interview teams to understand job requirements and expectations.
  • Create and execute a plan for each client area.
  • Ensure and adhere to a consistent and effective recruitment process. Identify areas of opportunity in the process to add value, improve quality, customer service, etc.
  • Create recruitment marketing and branding campaigns to market Integra careers across the region.
Communication

  • Maintain positive relationships with key clients by providing timely, relevant updates.
  • Ensure that HR Directors/Business Partners are continuously updated on status of openings relative to their area.
Compensation

  • Craft new hire offers and gain appropriate levels of approval. Provide counsel and direction relative to marketbased new hire offers.
  • Report compensation trends to colleagues in HR.
  • Partner with other HR COEs to provide information and guidance to client groups regarding relocation and immigration processes.
Reporting & Compliance

  • Leverage the Applicant Tracking System (Workday) to develop maintain ad hoc recruitment status reports to meet HRBP needs.
  • Prepare and regularly update accurate statistical data/metrics regarding turnover, sourcing, cost per hire, cycle steps, time to fill, etc.
Vendor Management

  • Manage relationships with agencies (contingency & retained). Ensure proper contract process is in place. Serve as main point of contact on job specific requirements, recruiting strategy and status updates, beginning with initial staffing strategy meeting, interview scheduling, offer preparation, extension and close of job.
  • Accountable for communicating challenges/issues to Head, Global Talent Acquisition.
Projects

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment process, vendor relationships, and assessment tools.
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
Desired Minimum Qualifications

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required for this position.


Education & Experience:

  • 10+ years talent acquisition experience (internal and agency)
  • 8+ years Life Sciences recruiting highly desired (full cycle recruiting)
  • 2+ years recruiting leadership level roles
  • Capable of conceptualizing and developing processes/SOPs
  • SME/Leadership presence
  • Prior recruiting leadership experience with geographically dispersed teams required.
  • Expert knowledge of employment and data privacy related laws
The position requires the ability to travel domestically and or internationally, as needed.
