Job Description Summary


The facilities Assistant is responsible for the management of services and processes that support the business to ensure the most suitable working environment for its employees and their activities.

The Facilities Assistant will pick up and transport the company's raw materials for production.

Essential


Responsibilities:


To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.- Support Integra personnel with facility and office needs such as hanging items on walls, moving and assembly of office furniture, event setup/tear.- Assist Facilities Supervisor with maintenance and upkeep of building.- Responsible for keeping buildings and facilities in good status to comply with environmental, health, and safety policies and building codes.- Responds appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise.- Maintains awareness of changes to applicable regulations- Pickup of materials needed for facility repairs and supplies.- Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications


The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required for this position.- Must be available to work Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm- Must have a valid driver's license.- High school diploma or GED certificate.- Minimum of 7 years of experience with facilities maintenance.- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.- Excellent time management and organizational skills.- Ability to multi-task and think critically.- Ability to lift a minimum of 45lbs.- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
