At the East Bavarian Technical University (OTH) Amberg-Weiden, a position for a Master or Technician (m/f/d) in the fields of process/chemical/environmental engineering is available in the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering/Environmental Technology in Amberg, starting immediately or at a later date.

Responsibilities:

Tasks in the laboratories for process engineering (process engineering, environmental technology, biotechnology, environmental and water analysis (especially chromatographic and wet chemical methods), water technology and energy technology), particularly on test benches and experimental setups
Planning, construction and execution of experiments, data acquisition and evaluation using a PC
Maintenance of test benches and measuring equipment
Technical support and assistance for students in the laboratories

Requirements:

Master or statecertified technician
Professional experience in the mentioned areas of responsibility
Computer skills
Experience in the field of education

The employment relationship is subject to the provisions of the collective agreement for public service of the federal states (TV-L) and, with the appropriate qualifications, will be remunerated at a maximum of pay grade 8.

A transfer to civil servant status is planned if the candidate is suitable.
