UNITEL, which belongs to the Jan Mojto group, produces operas, concerts, operettas, and ballets with renowned artists such as Christian Thielemann, Anna Netrebko, the Vienna and Berlin Philharmonic orchestras, as well as cultural institutions such as the Salzburg Festival, the Bregenz Festival, the Festspielhaus Baden-Baden, the Teatro alla Scala, the Vienna Musikverein, and the Teatro Regio di Parma, all in the highest technical quality.

UNITEL has a film library of currently more than 2500 productions and has released around 850 DVDs and Blu-rays to date, which are distributed nationally and internationally.

We are currently looking for a part-time (30 hours per week) or full-time employee (m/f/d) in license accounting management.


Your tasks:
Preparation, creation, and documentation of recurring settlements with artists and licensees Contact person and liaison for artists and licensees regarding license accounting Management of the internal approval process for completed settlements on relevant deadlines Conceptual development of existing procedures and tools for accounting management in existing systems Management and processing of existing claims against collecting societies Validation of recurring settlements from licensees/distributors for plausibility, completeness, and accuracy, including corresponding documentation Coordination with accounting and controlling regarding content-related issues and requirements related to the job profile Your profile: Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification and relevant professional experience Very good German and English skills, both written
