Your responsibilities:


  • Welcoming and advising customers at the Rehaaktiv GmbH medical supply store
  • Sales, advice, and support for customers, patients, and caregivers regarding the use of medical aids
  • Recording and maintaining master data of new customers, updating existing customer data, and recording exemptions from copayments
  • Procurement of goods
  • Product presentation
  • Handling of complaints
  • Cashiering and accounting
  • Contributing to product selection and presentation
  • Administrative and organizational tasks
