Dispatcher for Individual Customers (m/f/d)

Your tasks:


  • Timely execution of vehicle orders and coordination of delivery to customers
  • Recording of orders in the systems
  • Organization, review and digital filing of sales files
  • Processing of leasing contracts
  • Close cooperation with sales consultants
  • Processing and handling of manufacturer bonuses

What you bring:


  • Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship
  • Professional experience in a similar position, preferably with experience in the VW Group
  • Reliable and precise way of working
  • Reliability and communication skills
  • Team spirit and commitment
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
