At the earliest possible date, on behalf of my client company, a successful service center of a bank, I am looking for a Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) for branch telephone services (inbound) in Leipsic, OH.

The position is 100% remote, but your place of residence must be located in Halle (Saale) or within a 150 km radius.


Responsibilities:

  • Processing card cancellations and authorizations
  • Assisting customers with product and service inquiries
  • Scheduling appointments and coordinating (inbound only)
  • Providing service information (e.g. opening hours)
  • Telephone banking (accepting and executing transfers, transfers, standing orders, checking account balances, etc.)

Qualifications:

  • Ideally a commercial or technical education
  • Experience in telephone customer service is an advantage
  • Customer and service orientation
  • Willingness to work in a 3shift system
  • Stable internet connection
