- Calibrate and certify Environmental Monitoring products
- Technical recalibration of other products as required by order type
- Responsible for monitoring and reporting quality or functionality issues to the Fulfillment and Engineering teams
- Assist with product inventory, receiving, handling, storage, inspection, preparation, and shipping.
- Responsible for compiling and assembling hardware to fulfill customer orders
- Follow SOPs and produce thorough and consistent documentation when required
- Analyze data and report results
- General shipping and receiving tasks
- Adhere to all safety rules, policies, and procedures.
- Perform all other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor, Fulfillment Services
- Associate's Degree in electronics, logistics or a related field is preferred. High School diploma is acceptable with supporting experience and certifications.
- 2-4+ years in an external fulfillment testing environment or minimum one year as Fulfillment Representative within CenTrak.
- 2+ years of experience in MS Office- especially strong Excel skills
- Strong organization skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once
- Demonstrate knowledge of computers and the Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work with a variety of hardware and software
- Ability to analyze and logically troubleshoot defective products
- Must be highly detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently once trained
- Superior organizational skills
- Ability to understand the technical details of the product
- Overtime as needed
