In consultation with your supervisor, you can choose your place of work within Germany and decide between mobile work and working in the office.

*Your tasks:

Ensuring the process of creating claims after identifying the facts, from calculation to requesting, coordinating and compiling documents with the local construction management, and handing over the claim to the client
Ensuring the verifiability and enforceability of complex claims and supporting the estimators in creating complex claim offers
Negotiating claim offers or supporting the project team in claim negotiations, always in consultation with the construction management
Creating the claim justification, taking into account the construction contract, technical guidelines, and documentation provided by the construction management
Overall responsible for coordinating the claim tracking (receipt, negotiation) until signed negotiation protocols are available and handing them over to the commercial project management
Analyzing negotiation results with the respective senior construction managers and construction managers and developing alternative courses of action and recommendations
Informing colleagues and superiors about new developments and special features, such as those arising from current case law (opportunities and risks)
Supporting the construction management and purchasing department in claim negotiations with subcontractors and defending against subcontractor claims, as well as evaluating
