Your tasks and responsibilities

Organizing work processes in the Vocational Psychology Service
Conducting and evaluating psychological tests
Conducting behavioral observations and documenting observation and examination data for further processing by the psychologist
Your qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Psychology
Training as a Psychological Technical Assistant
Or successful participation in an external qualification as a Psychological Technical Assistant or willingness to complete one

Professional knowledge:
In-depth knowledge of organizational structures and processes in the BPS or willingness to acquire them
Basic knowledge of relevant legal regulations (e.g. data protection) or willingness to acquire them
Basic knowledge of test administration and evaluation or willingness to acquire them
Basic knowledge of behavioral observation or willingness to acquire them
In-depth knowledge of office organization
In-depth knowledge of relevant IT applications (especially DELTA, VerBIS specialist version, ATV specialist version, evaluation tools for professional controlling, etc.) or willingness to acquire them
In-depth knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
