The Caritas Association Freiburg-Stadt e. V. is the carrier of various social services and facilities for assistance according to Sections 67 ff. of the German Social Code (SGB XII) to overcome special social difficulties for people without a residence.

For our reception facilities for homeless people in Freiburg, we are looking for a
Facility Manager (m/f/d) (100%) to start soon or by agreement.

Your responsibilities:

Together with the teams on site, you continuously work on the content development of our housing assistance for people without a residence in Freiburg, in our reception house Hermann-MitschStraße in the Brühl-Beurbarung district, our Erika-KramerHaus, reception facility in Freiburg-Haslach, as well as our outpatient supported housing options. You represent the Caritas Association Freiburg-Stadt in external committees and networks of regional cooperation partners. Your tasks include occupancy planning, personnel management, as well as budget responsibility.
