Your Responsibilities:


  • Planning, organizing and monitoring all processes in the service area together with the service manager
  • Managing a station and providing guidance to employees
  • Creative implementation of highquality promotions, offers and events in the restaurant area
  • Planning, coordinating and implementing events
  • Ensuring and enforcing inhouse standards and service processes
  • Point of contact for our residents, guests and employees
  • Checking and implementing all hygiene regulations

Your Profile:


  • Culinary training, ideally as a hotel/restaurant specialist (m/f/d)
  • Several years of experience in upscale service and in a similar position
  • Open and authentic host personality who approaches our residents and guests with genuine joy and friendliness
  • High level of service and quality thinking and a lot of understanding for the special needs and wishes of our residents and guests
  • Good business understanding, positive attitude and team spirit
  • Good knowledge of common office programs
  • Very good communication skills in German, as well as good manners
