WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:


We are seeking a self-motivated individual to lead our warehouse, oversee incoming and outgoing goods, and manage a team of approximately 25 employees.

This role will involve both disciplinary and technical leadership responsibilities for our logistics team in the areas of warehousing and shipping.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for various tasks related to customs, compliance, and international trade. They will also ensure that customer requirements regarding product type, transportation, quantity, and delivery dates are met.

Other key responsibilities include creating, implementing, and monitoring legal requirements for calculating product origin and preferences, as well as ensuring compliance with export control regulations.

The ideal candidate will have experience organizing and managing different departments, as well as planning, coordinating, monitoring, and optimizing logistical processes.


WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:
The ideal candidate will have a degree in logistics, business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field. Alternatively, they may have completed a vocational training program as a freight forwarder, ideally with additional qualifications.

They should also have several years of experience in a relevant role within an industrial company, with previous leadership experience being advantageous.

Strong knowledge of complex customs matters is essential, as well as experience implementing projects to continuously improve logistics and supply chain processes and using key performance indicators to evaluate efficiency.

Proficiency in SAP (particularly in the WM, SD, and MM modules) and MS Office is required, as well as knowledge of warehouse management processes in a high-bay warehouse.
