To strengthen our HR team, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d) who is passionate about finding new talent and supports our company in attracting the best employees.


Your responsibilities:

  • Actively searching for new talent and conducting job interviews
  • Developing and implementing strategies for employee recruitment
  • Creating an attractive employer brand through employer branding activities
  • Managing applications, organizing job interviews, and supporting the onboarding of new employees
  • Marketing job openings on various platforms and social media

Your profile:

  • Completed degree in human resource management, psychology, business administration, or a similar qualification
  • Professional experience in recruiting or employer branding is an advantage
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Creativity and enjoyment in developing innovative recruiting strategies
  • Proficient in using MS Office applications and social media
