  • Consulting and monitoring of the applied agile methodology
  • Identification and adaptation of necessary adjustments to the methodology in coordination with the team leader
  • Mediation and transfer of the methodology, mindset and approach of Scrum or general agile development
  • Conducting teamspecific impulse lectures or exercises in coordination with the team leader
  • Monitoring of consistent documentation within the team according to the methodology using Azure DevOps and Jira
  • Identification, coordination and implementation of necessary adjustments in the method of documentation

You bring this with you:


  • Scrum Master certifications PSM1 and PSM
  • Experience as a Scrum Master in the IT software development environment
  • Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps
  • Teamwork skills
  • Structured and responsible work approach
  • Initiative and openness to new topics
  • Very good German skills (at least C1) and good English skills (at least B2)
