Description

  • Independently contribute to project work in the D-LBO and Leadership Capability Division 2027 projects and coordinate cross-functional tasks
  • Provide expert advice and support to public clients in military procurement projects
  • Capture, evaluate, and integrate customer requirements while considering existing processes
  • Develop and update technical target images and roadmaps
  • Shape, synchronize, and drive solution development
  • Actively identify and manage overarching dependencies
  • Moderate goal and interest conflicts
  • Actively collaborate and coordinate with customers and relevant departments within BWI GmbH
  • Maintain and develop relationships with stakeholders (authorities, offices, users, BWI, industry)
  • Relevant university degree or equivalent qualification
  • At least four years of relevant professional and project experience (preferably in a military environment)
  • Demonstrated knowledge and practical experience in capturing and analyzing requirements
  • Experience in project management (ideally IPMA certification)
  • IT service management knowledge (ITIL Foundation level desired)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office products (including SharePoint) and ideally the software JIRA
  • Excellent analytical skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and a customer and service-oriented mindset
  • Enthusiasm for digitalization topics and technological trends
  • Willingness to travel (max. 30%)
  • Fluent in German and English
