Founded in 1875, the Shipwright Cooperative is Hamburg's oldest housing cooperative and one of the largest in the metropolitan region with approximately members, 9,000 apartments, and 100 employees.

As a cooperative, we differ from other housing companies. We are a solidarity community that acts economically responsibly and continues to live by the cooperative principle of self-help.

To strengthen our neighborhood and volunteer management, we are currently seeking an unrestricted and part-time (25 hours/week) Neighborhood Developer (m/f/d) with a focus on social space development.
