How You Can Make an Impact
- Support the global HR Business Partner team in topics related to personnel development
- Assist in managing large amounts of data (in Excel and various IT tools) and collaborate with key stakeholders and interfaces in business areas during organizational changes
- Support in HR reporting and data analysis
- Contribute to the development of HR concepts and workshops
- Prepare presentations
- Assist in organizational management
- Handle administrative and other special topics
What You Bring
- Currently enrolled in a university program in Business Administration, Economics, or Psychology with a focus on HR in a higher semester
- Previous experience in an HR environment (desirable)
- Strong initiative with excellent analytical, conceptual, and communication skills
- Resultsoriented, meticulous and reliable work style, openness, teamwork, motivation, and enthusiasm
- Proficient in MS Office (e.g. Excel and PowerPoint)
- Fluent in German and English
- Good academic performance, attach transcript of records
