Location Deer Grove, IL:

As an employee (m/f/d) in operational purchasing at Marbach, you will be responsible for obtaining offers independently and handling the entire purchasing process.

Your tasks will include placing orders, monitoring delivery dates, handling complaints, and verifying invoices. You will work in an innovative team with short decision-making paths and diverse opportunities for participation.

Your responsibilities:

Obtaining and evaluating offers
Creating offer comparisons
Order processing
Processing order confirmations
Monitoring delivery dates
Supplier negotiations
Independent price negotiations

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

Completed commercial training, e.g. industrial clerk (m/f/d)
At least two years of experience in purchasing
Good MS Office skills, especially Excel, Outlook, and Teams
Good written and spoken English skills
Reliable and independent way of working
