Job in Rüti:
A team of three is present in Supported Living from Monday to Friday during office hours. Planned evening presence and availability for crisis interventions on weekends may occasionally be required.

You will be responsible for managing cases for our clients who live in individual apartments and shared living spaces, and will also engage in networking and coordination with all involved individuals and organizations.

Your support for clients will include daily contacts, assistance with daily tasks, individual and location-based conversations, and crisis interventions as needed.

You have completed training in the field of psychiatry or social work/social pedagogy, and have experience working with individuals with mental and/or substance abuse issues.

You value responsibility and enjoy working both in a team and independently. Administration, reporting, and numbers are not a challenge for you.
