*As a salesperson (m/f/d) and career changer (m/f/d), you start at 14 € per hour and automatically receive 15 € per hour after successfully completing the Blume 2000 workshop.

You provide advice to our customers and actively participate in sales.
You showcase our products and create an inspiring atmosphere.
You are responsible for caring for our flowers and plants.
You check incoming goods and stock them on the shelves.
You support our florists in creating bouquets and other floral arrangements - don't worry, we will teach you everything you need to know.
You assist with cash register reconciliation.
