About the Company
We are a European key player in the field of real estate asset management with French roots and additional locations in Germany, Luxembourg, Italy, as well as the United Kingdom and Singapore. Our activities in Germany cover the entire value chain of a fully integrated investment and asset manager and are therefore part of our European real estate platform. In Germany, we advise on the development, structuring, and management of a wide range of real estate investments that correspond to the risk profiles and strategies of our institutional investors and generate sustainable returns. In Germany, we focus in particular on the asset classes of healthcare and education, office buildings, residential buildings, and hotels. The real estate assets managed by our group in Europe amount to over EUR 42 billion and have been built up over the last 10 years. Our German group manages a real estate portfolio of around EUR 3 billion with currently around 80 employees at four locations.
