Product Planning / Product Planner*in Automotive in Management Position

We are looking for a Product Planner*in in the automotive industry to support product development and planning in the area of body construction (body shell).

Responsibilities:

CAD-based creation of 3D point and joining plans for welding groups using self-created macros and powercopies in Catia V5.

Development of RPS concepts for components

Creation of fixture concepts in CATIA V5

Macro-based manufacturability analyses (welding tool accessibility, automated collision checks, flange evaluation, standard part evaluation, analysis and documentation of reproducible clamping points)

Product data preparation: preparation of product and production structures in ProcessDesigner and Catia V5.

Coordination with customers

Creation of presentation materials

Semi-automated creation of product structure trees

Product and tooling analyses

Confident handling of customer requirements (specifications, technical specifications, material approval)

Your Profile:

You have a technical education (Dipl.-Ing., Technician, Bachelor Eng.) in mechanical engineering, vehicle engineering or industrial engineering with a focus on production technology.
