for the Office of Building Management, Department of Commercial and Infrastructure Building Management
The Office of Building Management is part of the Finance Department of the city of Düsseldorf. The commercial department handles all commercial tasks related to the property and manages them.

Your responsibilities:

Commercial property and lease management
Coordination between commercial, technical, and infrastructure building management, as well as point of contact for users, tenants, and landlords
Data entry and maintenance in building management software
Monitoring of claims and implementation of rent adjustments
Preparation of decision proposals for political committees.

Your profile:

Bachelor of Arts in Real Estate Management, Property Management, or Real Estate Specialist or equivalent qualification
Knowledge and experience in tenancy law and building management
Technical understanding and business knowledge or willingness to acquire them quickly
High level of organizational skills, resilience, communication, and teamwork
Economic and conceptual thinking and acting
Ability to support the further development of the area of responsibility in a wellfounded manner.
