WHAT TO EXPECT:

  • As a serviceoriented individual, you will independently manage a defined customer base and be the first point of contact for all commercial service inquiries
  • You will handle customer inquiries and complaints through Salesforce and SAP, ensuring timely and highquality responses
  • Your main focus will be on advising and selling spare parts, as well as promoting productrelated services
  • You will be responsible for creating all necessary export documents independently

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • You have completed a (commercial) education with several years of relevant experience
  • You have good knowledge of working with SAP R/3 modules MM, SD, and CS, as well as a CRM system, preferably Salesforce
  • Thanks to your strong communication and interpersonal skills, you can express yourself effectively both verbally and in writing in both German and English
  • Experience in customs clearance would be desirable
  • Your flexibility, resilience, and conscientious work ethic set you apart from others
