We are hiring a Customer Management Specialist (m/f/d) at GETEC net GmbH, a modern medium-sized energy service company based in Hannover.

We currently operate almost 220 area networks with our subsidiaries and provide services related to intelligent energy supply networks, metering operations, and other related business fields.

For our location in Hannover, we are looking for a permanent Customer Management Specialist (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Your tasks:
Customer contact management - point of contact for our customers regarding contract and payment inquiries, etc. Individual, service-oriented, and conclusive processing of all electronic, telephone, and written customer requests, including system-relevant processes (e.g. disbursements, clarification processes)

Creation of electricity bills Development, conception, and further development of processes Master data maintenance and quality assurance Small secretarial tasks (mail, orders, hospitality, etc.) Your profile:

Completed commercial training Professional experience in the energy industry is desirable but not mandatory High customer and service orientation Enjoyment of working with numbers and building/improving processes Proficient in MS Office applications Team spirit and reliability are just as important to you as they are to us Our offer: We offer exciting tasks and development opportunities with a 38.5-hour work week.
