The role of Technical Service personnel in Los Alamos includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
· Efficiently manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, tickets, and emails
· Follow communication scripts when addressing various topics
· Provide technical guidance to customers regarding product, installation, and system operation
· Identify customer needs, clarify information, research technical issues, and offer solutions and alternatives, including warranty replacements
· Collaborate with third-party service providers to resolve service-related issues
· Cultivate strong relationships with customers and go the extra mile to engage with them
· Maintain comprehensive records of all interactions in our ticket system database
· Regularly attend educational seminars to enhance knowledge and performance
· Meet personal and team targets for quality and quantity
We are looking for individuals who possess the following qualifications:
· Technicians, electricians, or individuals with a bachelor's degree
