Your Responsibilities

  • You will manage our career portal and communicate professionally with applicants
  • You will be responsible for supporting selected departments and providing competent advice for filling vacant positions

Your Profile

  • You have a degree in business engineering, social sciences, business administration, or psychology, or alternatively a technical degree
  • You have gained initial professional experience in recruiting through internships or working student positions
  • You also actively approach your internal clients and see yourself as a business partner
  • Recruiting is your passion and you are enthusiastic about technical topics
  • You have the desire and determination to make a difference and can navigate in a dynamic environment
  • You have experience with various sourcing channels and enjoy networking
  • Excellent MS Office skills and good English skills complete your profile
