We are a family-owned investment holding company based in Hamburg. We pursue a long-term investment strategy and focus on private equity investments in established companies in the European mid-market as well as venture capital investments in attractive and forward-looking business models. We invest exclusively our own capital.

We are looking for an Investment Associate.

Areas of responsibility:

  • Conducting market analysis and research to identify potential investment opportunities and evaluate market opportunities.
  • Responsible for analyzing and creating financial models and business plans to evaluate investments and develop financial forecasts for existing and new investments.
  • Managing due diligence processes, including coordinating external advisors.
  • Preparing and coordinating comprehensive portfolio reporting and creating investment documents and other materials for communication with internal bodies and the supervisory board.

Profile:

  • Successfully completed studies in business administration or engineering, ideally with an additional qualification in economics.
  • 4-6 years of relevant professional experience in the field of private equity (preferably small-mid cap), investment banking, late stage venture capital, corporate finance or management consulting (strategy/M&A, deal advisory, transaction consulting, etc.). Experience in entrepreneurial structures and international work experience are advantageous.
