We are currently seeking a
MD-responsible Documentalist (m/f/d) for our
Service-Center Medical Controlling at our
Augsburg location in Linn Grove, IN, starting as soon as possible.


Full-time or part-time (minimum 80%), permanent position

  • The Service-Center Medical Controlling currently employs 32 staff members across six locations and the company headquarters in Augsburg. The main task of Medical Controlling is to create conditions for optimizing medical processes, making a significant contribution to securing hospital revenues.

Your main responsibilities:

  • As an
    MDresponsible Documentalist (m/f/d), you will be responsible for handling inquiries from the Medical Service (MD).
  • You will ensure the
    correct selection and
    digital preparation of the
    requested documents, as well as the
    timely electronic transmission to the MD via the LE-Portal.
  • As part of
    video inspections, you will be responsible for
    preparing the cases in cooperation with the responsible senior physicians. You will also
    accompany these
    inspections and
    present the documents justifying the billing.
  • You will
    document the
    results in the
    payer dialogue,
    create the
    reporting (MD reporting), and
    correct the
    coding based on the payer's decision.
