We are currently looking for a motivated employee (m/f/d) for individual case support.In a friendly and collegial team, you will accompany people with special support needs and support them in their personal and social development.
We offer you a responsible position in the field of individual case support for a young man with a severe visual impairment.
Your tasks:
- Assistance and support for a young man with a severe visual impairment
- Daily activities with a focus on personal development and promoting social skills
- Conducting participation discussions and writing social and development reports
- Performing basic medical care, if suitable
Your qualifications:
- Professional qualification as a social assistant (m/f/d), elderly care assistant (m/f/d), nursing assistant (m/f/d), or special needs educator (m/f/d)
- Immunization against hepatitis A and B
- Health certificate (instruction according to §43 of the Infection Protection Act)
- Willingness to work in shift service on Sundays and public holidays with 30 hours per week
