Responsibilities:

  • Planning and implementing the most effective personnel deployment, personnel scheduling (aiming for minimal overhead costs)
  • Technical leadership, training, and support for operational employees
  • Coordination of visual and functional inspections, as well as measurement tests on components in incoming goods
  • Ensuring the material flow of various parts
  • Documentation of error, testing, and work results
  • Reporting to branch manager and clients
  • Responsibility for compliance with occupational safety rules and working time laws (including safety training)
  • Responsibility for implementing all organizational processes (e.g. following and completing work instructions)

Qualifications:

  • Completed vocational training in fields such as automotive mechatronics, industrial mechanics, painting, metal construction, or other skilled trades
  • Ideally, you have previous experience as a shift leader (m/f/d) in quality control/inspection of components in the automotive or metal industry
  • Ability to read technical drawings
  • SAP knowledge
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and shifts
