We, the team of Ausweg-betreutes Wohnen, offer support services in accordance with the Integration Assistance Act (§ 113, 78 SGB IX) and assistance for young adults in accordance with the Child and Youth Services Act (§ 41 SGB VIII) in conjunction with integration assistance according to § 35a SGB VIII for individuals who require assistance due to:

  • Mental disabilities
  • Substance abuse
  • Dual diagnosis


The goal of our support is to break the cycle of loneliness and improve the living situation of those affected, as well as facilitate their participation in community life.

We currently have a full-time position (40 hours/week) available in Düren.


Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will include accompanying and supporting clients in their daily lives. You will assist them in various areas based on their predetermined needs. You will have exciting and diverse tasks in a dedicated and multi-professional team.


Qualifications:

  • Completed training as a staterecognized occupational therapist/healthcare professional or nurse
  • Creativity and structured work approach
  • Enjoyment of working with people
  • Knowledge of common MS Office applications
  • Class B driver's license and own vehicle
