Description

For our "Nest" children's club in Wutha-Farnroda, we are looking for a qualified social pedagogue to join our team immediately.

The position is available full-time or part-time and is initially limited, but with a very good chance of extension.

Your responsibilities

Child and youth work according to § 11 SGB VIII
Organization and implementation of open and group-based activities for children and youth, main target group children aged 6-12
Counseling for children and adolescents in conflict and crisis situations
Independent organization of projects and events
Networking and community work

What you bring

Completed vocational training as an educator or comparable pedagogical qualifications, degree in social work or social pedagogy or comparable bachelor's and master's degrees
Knowledge in the field of open child and youth work
High level of empathy, above-average commitment, teamwork and flexibility, including willingness to work evenings
Sense of responsibility
Team spirit and communication skills
Openness and sociability
Independent work
