Your job description
  • You will learn how to produce plastic molded parts using various processing methods such as injection molding, pressing, and foaming while considering production parameters
  • Within the machines and production facilities, you will be responsible for production planning, control, and monitoring of processing methods for polymeric materials
  • Process mechanics are responsible for commissioning production machines and equipment, as well as maintaining tools, machines, and equipment
  • Through the extrusion process, we produce semi-finished products (profiles) from amorphous plastics, so we also provide knowledge about semi-finished product manufacturing
  • You will acquire theoretical knowledge through weekly vocational school days at BBS ME Hannover
Your qualifications
  • You have at least a good secondary school leaving certificate or equivalent
  • You are a communicative and open-minded person who enjoys working in a team
  • You have a strong technical interest in modern production methods
