Human Resources Specialist (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities

  • You will support and advise employees at the Hamburg headquarters on all operational HR matters.
  • You will assist the HR manager of the Holcim Deutschland Group with overarching HR topics (e.g. preparing works council meetings).
  • You will recruit specialists and managers in collaboration with the relevant departments.
  • You will proactively and solutionoriented advise our employees and managers on all HR and labor law matters.
  • You will work constructively and trustingly with our local works council.
  • You will handle administrative tasks, such as creating references, and also contribute to personnel cost planning.
  • You will participate in HR projects and actively contribute to the development and optimization of HR processes.
