Your tasks:


  • You will manage performance marketing channels and implement campaigns for social media, Google, LinkedIn, and related marketing campaigns.
  • Control, monitor, and optimize customer campaigns, especially with Google Ads.
  • Identify target audiences and assist in creating targeted advertising messages.
  • Campaign management from creating ad texts, display ads, content ads, etc. to campaign optimization.
  • Conduct testing to improve conversion rates (ad texts, campaign structure, landing pages).

Your profile:


  • You have some experience in performance marketing.
  • Enrolled student.
  • You have comprehensive knowledge of common online marketing and analysis tools: tracking tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, etc.) as well as experience with marketing automation tools.
  • Indepth knowledge of various social media platforms and their advertising options.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Affinity for numbers, logical and goaloriented thinking.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Handson mentality to proactively drive optimizations.
