The Business Applications Network at Haufe Akademie consists of ten teams and develops cloud-based services for the internal business platform.

We are looking for YOU as a Software Engineer Business Platform (w/d/m) at our location in Freiburg im Breisgau, to join our team as a suitable addition - part-time or full-time.


WHAT TO EXPECT:
You will work in a Scrum team on the technical conception and development of our solutions. You will develop cloud-based services and their interfaces for integration into our existing system landscape. Together with your team, you will be responsible for the architecture, infrastructure, and system operation of the services.

You can expect an agile work environment with approaches such as CI/CD, test automation, and a lot of personal responsibility.

You will also work on cross-functional solutions with developers from other teams.


WHAT YOU BRING:
Good software developers are lifelong learners. Of course, it would be easiest if you have already done everything we do here.

But more important than what you have done so far is where you want to go and that you are enthusiastic about our tech stack.


This means:
We follow a cloud-first strategy with a focus on serverless and rely on managed services from AWS.

We develop full-stack in Typescript, with highly automated pipelines from "infrastructure as code" to Lambdas and the frontend with React.

Other services we use include DynamoDB, SNS
