Who are we?


We are a dynamic team, consisting of both full-time and volunteer members, dedicated to establishing the ASB Regional Association Berlin-Northwest as a professional service provider.

We are currently seeking a full-time support in the field of accounting to cover a parental leave until March 2024.

As a welfare organization and aid agency, our association is the largest regional branch in Berlin. Politically and denominationally independent, we help all people - regardless of their political, ethnic, national, or religious affiliation.

In addition to various major events such as the games of the Bundesliga team Hertha BSC and concerts, the regional association supports the Berlin fire department in emergency medical services and annually trains thousands of participants in first aid and fire safety.


Your tasks

Support in accounting

  • Recording of incoming and outgoing invoices
  • Preparation and execution of payments
  • Invoicing, maintaining the cash book
  • Coordination with responsible department heads and ensuring compliance with deadlines
  • Preparation of annual financial statements
  • General accounting and administrative tasks
  • Team assistant duties
  • Support for the human resources department in case of vacation or illness
